Managed services
Paid growth, built and reported properly
Every engagement below is delivered by a named strategist, documented in writing, and measured against revenue or qualified leads. Starting prices are published; final scope is quoted after an audit of your accounts, tracking and margins.
01 · Paid social
Meta Ads — Facebook & Instagram
Meta remains the widest-reach paid channel for South Asian and Gulf audiences, and the easiest to waste money on. We build structures simple enough to read, then let creative and offer testing do the work.
- Account, pixel and Conversions API audit before a single dollar is spent.
- Prospecting, retargeting and catalogue sales kept in separate, readable structures.
- Offer and audience testing with one documented hypothesis per test.
- Creative refresh cadence driven by frequency and fatigue signals, not the calendar.
- Lead-form or WhatsApp flows for service businesses, including qualification questions.
- Weekly pacing review so a month of budget is never spent in a week.
02 · Search & shopping
Google Ads — intent, captured cleanly
Search is where buyers state their need out loud. We protect that intent with tight keyword control, honest conversion tracking, and bidding that respects contribution margin rather than platform-reported revenue.
- Keyword and search-term management with negative lists reviewed weekly.
- Shopping feed structure and product-level bid control for retail catalogues.
- Performance Max asset groups organised by margin tier, not a single SKU dump.
- Conversion tracking verified against actual sales or CRM records.
- Bid strategy changes only after statistically meaningful data, never on a hunch.
- Multi-country and local campaigns with correct currency, language and location targeting.
03 · Short-form
TikTok Ads — discovery before it gets expensive
TikTok rewards native creative and punishes repurposed advertising. We ship hook-first concepts in batches, test broadly, and scale only what survives the first three seconds.
- Spark Ads on proven organic posts and creator collaborations.
- UGC briefs written for hooks, not scripts — three variants per concept.
- Broad targeting with creative treated as the primary targeting lever.
- Pixel and Events API setup, including in-app browser behaviour.
- Auction diagnostics reported as cost per 1,000 impressions against cost per action.
- Monthly creative production batch tied to the test plan, not to inspiration.
04 · Planning
Content strategy & calendar
Paid media amplifies whatever the content says. We define the message hierarchy, the offer sequence and the channel roles before anyone opens a design tool.
- Positioning statement, audience map and message hierarchy in one page.
- Monthly calendar mapped to funnel stage and local seasonality — Ramadan, Eid, 11.11, Black Friday.
- Offer architecture: lead magnet, core offer and follow-up sequence.
- Channel roles defined — what each platform is for, and what it is not for.
- Briefs a writer or designer can execute without a meeting.
- Quarterly review against search demand and competitor share.
05 · Production
Creative design & production
Most underperforming accounts do not have a targeting problem; they have a creative problem. We produce assets that match the placement and the promise, in the language your buyer actually reads.
- Static, carousel and short-video concepts built for each placement.
- Hook-first scripting with three variants per concept.
- Brand-consistent templates your own team can reuse after handover.
- Native-language copy in English, Bangla or Mandarin.
- Platform spec compliance — aspect ratios, safe zones, text limits.
- Source files delivered on completion. No vendor lock-in.
06 · Measurement
Analytics, tracking & ROI reporting
If two dashboards disagree, neither is trusted and decisions stall. We rebuild measurement so spend reconciles to revenue or qualified leads in one place — and explain the difference in plain language.
- GA4 configuration, event naming and conversion definitions documented.
- Server-side tagging for Meta and TikTok where your stack permits.
- CRM or store-platform reconciliation: spend to revenue, not spend to clicks.
- A single dashboard covering blended CAC, marketing efficiency ratio and contribution margin.
- UTM governance so reports survive a change of team or agency.
- Monthly written commentary: what changed, what it cost, what happens next.
07 · Conversion
Funnels & landing pages
Traffic is rented; conversion is owned. We build fast, accessible pages that keep the promise made in the ad, then test one variable at a time until the economics hold.
- Message match from ad to page — headline, offer, proof, price.
- Mobile-first builds with accessible forms and visible focus states.
- Qualification logic that protects your sales team from unqualified leads.
- A/B testing plan with a single variable per test and a documented result.
- Checkout and payment-step review for e-commerce funnels.
- Handover with editable components and build documentation.
08 · Retail operations
E-commerce ad operations
Catalogue businesses fail on the unglamorous work: feeds, stock, margin and pacing. We run that layer daily so the campaigns have something stable to scale on.
- Catalogue and feed hygiene across Meta, Google and TikTok.
- Promotional calendar coordinated with stock availability and margin.
- Daily pacing, budget shifting and anomaly alerts.
- Discount and bundle testing that does not erode contribution margin.
- Retargeting segmentation by recency, value and category.
- Local payment and courier realities accounted for in Bangladesh-facing campaigns.

FAQ
Questions before you commit
Can you work with our in-house team?
Yes. A common arrangement is strategy, tracking and creative from us, with your team handling community management and day-to-day publishing. Scope is written to reflect that split.
What do you need to quote?
Ad account access (or a read-only export), a short description of the offer and margins, and your last 90 days of spend and results if they exist. The audit call is free.
How long before results appear?
Tracking fixes and structural improvements typically show within 2–4 weeks. Creative learning usually needs 6–8 weeks of consistent spend. Anyone promising faster is guessing.
Do you offer white-label delivery to agencies?
Yes, under separate terms and volume rates. Your client relationship stays yours; our reports are unbranded where required.
