Do you need my ad account password?
No. We work through Meta Business Manager partner access, a Google Ads manager account or TikTok Business Center. You retain ownership and can revoke access at any time — that is a feature, not a formality.
Is the advertising budget included in the fee?
No. Our fee covers strategy, build, creative, optimisation and reporting. Media spend is paid to the platforms directly, or held as a prepaid budget line that is reconciled in your monthly report.
What is the minimum commitment?
Managed retainers run month to month with 30 days notice. We recommend 90 days because tracking and creative testing need a full learning cycle. Project work is fixed scope and fixed fee.
How quickly do panel orders start?
Most services begin within 0–2 hours; followers and subscribers can take 12–48 hours to start. The exact start window is displayed per service before you confirm.
Is the panel safe for my account?
We never ask for credentials and only accept public URLs. That removes the largest risk. Some platforms restrict artificially inflated engagement, so participation remains your decision and your risk under their terms.
Do you guarantee followers or sales?
No. We guarantee delivery of the units you buy and the quality of the work we control. Nobody credible can guarantee follower counts, algorithmic reach or revenue.
Can agencies resell the panel?
Yes, under separate reseller terms with volume rates. Contact us with your expected monthly volume and the platforms you serve.
